Is there a contract?

Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly. Annual plans run for twelve months in exchange for the lower per-property price and included migration.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Complete exports are included on every plan. You do not need to pay Paradise or speak with an account manager to retrieve your own records.

What happens during the seven-day trial?

You receive a private demonstration workspace with sample properties, bookings, guests, owner reports, operations and pricing data. It expires automatically after seven days.

Do I have to replace every existing tool?

No. Paradise can run the full operation, but its APIs, webhooks and workflow controls let you keep tools that still earn their place.

What does migration include?

Properties, units, future bookings, guests, owners, rates and agreed operating history. We map the data, report exceptions, verify the result and support the cutover.

Does Paradise support trust accounting and compliance?

Yes. Paradise supports controlled trust ledgers, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, owner statements, approval rules and audit evidence. Requirements differ by jurisdiction, so we verify each operator’s setup before cutover.

What counts as a property?

A separately bookable accommodation unit counts as one property for billing. Internal rooms, staff accounts and owner accounts do not add to the property count.
